This forum will be an opportunity to learn more about Children Missing Education, Off-Rolling, Penalty Notices, and Attendance Enforcement.
Our Attendance Management Service Statutory Service Forum take place regularly, with a programme based upon feedback from those who attend. Our forum usually focuses on one key topic each time, and consists of a mixture of workshops, question and answer sessions, and practice sharing. The aim of our forums is to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to improve their practice in one key area of attendance, as well as providing participants with the space to reflect and discuss practice with peers, practice leads and local authority colleagues.

Participants will: 1) Have a greater awareness of changes to practice and policy in the areas of Children Missing Education, Attendance and Penalty Notices. 2) Have an opportunity to review changes, discuss these with peers, and ask questions to Newham Council Practice Leads. 3) Have opportunities to network with peers and other professionals.
It is free of charge to attend, but places are restricted to two members of staff per setting.
